The Ten Commandments of the Chat Room
1. This is likely the most important rule here (And this goes without saying, since it's in the Word!!!) Thou shalt treat others in the room as you would like to be treated! That means kindly and in love. Let your converation be as such as befits a child of the King of Kings.
2. Thou shalt not judge. Every chatter has his/her right to their opinion, but do try to match what you say and how you say it with the Word. In other words "What would Jesus do? (or say?)"
3. Thou shalt not demean, cut down, fuss at or cuss at another chatter. We will discuss the banning rules with you if you do!
4. Thou shalt know that the administrators are watching! If we are caught in a situation where there are serious theological or even social disagreements, the administrators reserve the right to ask the involved chatters to move that discussion to the Reasoning Room. If you are bothered by a chatter or his veiws, please go to "Chat with the Moderators" section and post a thread asking us admins for help.
5. Thou shalt issue no obscene language or sexual come-ons.
6. Thou shalt not steal another's identity or ask for their password.
7. Thou shalt not hog the conversation. Please allow all chatters a chance to speak!
8. Thou shalt be prepared to witness to others of our Lord's love and the salvation He offers.
9. Thou shalt report immediately to the Parson if there is any threat of a crime in the room.
And thou shalt remember that the Parson is a law enforcemnt officer as well as a Parson
and aministrator and friend.
10. Thou shalt remember to pray for those who need it here.
