For some reason Ditto is having trouble gettin in (again) so he sent me this prayer request to post for him.
Got this update tonight on Andy Burnett who was serving in Iraq. I sent out an email about Andy last night. In case you didn't get it, I went to college with Andy's sister Sarah.
Worth
Just a quick update on Andy Burnett. They performed surgery in Germany today to remove the bullet in Andy's neck. It had shattered two vertebrae, and almost severed the spinal cord. Every thing in his brain and head are OK. He has limited use of his arms at this time, but the doctor was confident that with therapy that would improve.
However, at this time he has no use of his legs. Donna's words were "he will never have use of his legs without a miracle." She is optimistic, yet realistic too. Please keep Andy and his family in your prayers. At best, Andy has a long row of rehab to go through. We all know that we serve a God who can, but we also know that sometimes
He chooses not to. So, let's lift this family, that loves and trust God with all their hearts, up in prayer tonight and in the months to come.
Also this one.
The other prayer request is for the Vincent family....
My great-aunt (known to us as Aunt Martha) has passed away.
She was 84 and had been wanting to go Home to Jesus and her
deceased husband, of 40+ years.
