Allow me, if you will, to re-create this entry.
John 18:38a - "'What is the truth?' Pilate asked...."
Like all Christians, I am of the opinioin that, since Jesus Christ proclaimed Himself to be the Way, the Truth and the Life, I know the Truth.
However, many of my friends, both Deaf and heairng, do not and it has happened, on more than one occassion that I have been put in the positon of proving that Jesus Christ actually rose from His tomb and that He is actually the King of kings and Lord or lords.
For me, it is a simple task to prove this. Especially if the person, who is demanding this proof is open-minded. You see, I should have died in 1971, 1974, 1997 and again, in 1999. The only reason I am here, to testify to this Risen King is the fact that, when people prayed, earnestly, for my life, the King of kings answered those prayerrs.
In the verse, I've quoted, Pilate, who was already in hot water (trouble), with Rome, was searching for a way to pacify both his superiors and the Jewish people, who were deceived into wanting Jesus to be crucified.
When asking for the truth didn't work, he washed his hands and proclaimed the blood of the righteous Man to be on those, who were yelling for Jesus' death.
This column will not end here, though. When Jesus was on His cross, He could have called thousands of angels to destroy the world and set Him free.
The truth is, He didn't. Why? Because He had a plan for the same freedom...it's just that, with His plan, He has required His people to work.
While I realize that work isn't the hobby of the masses, I also realize that Jesus' plan is to reward those, who build His Kingdom.
In John 3:4, Jesus said, "As long as it is day, we must do the work of Him, Who sent Me. Night is coming, when no one can work."
The truth, of this day and age, is right there. We're running out of time to bring in those, who are lost and we're almost out of time to do as He said, when He admonished Peter (and us) to "feed My sheep."
Without those, who are already maturing in His Word, continuing the work of those, who have gone on, before us, the truth will never reach many Deaf (and hearing, of course) souls.
Lord, I pray that anyone, Deaf or heairng, who reads this, will feel a re-newed vigor to take Your Word...Your Truth to a lost and dying world.
I pray, Father, that, in these last days, You will be ultimately glorified and allow Your annointing to bring multitudes back to You.
In Jesus' Name, Amen.

The one, with the Lost In Space robot isn't necessary to have around. I'd like to keep the blank pages so that I might figure out what I'd put on there, to begin with.
If I've re-entered something, under a topic, where this robot is lurking, go ahead and take the one, with the robot off.

We know by Johns report the Word was in Berishith (greek-Genisis-english-begining) Jn 1:1
In the first verse of the Torah, right after the word Elohim is the first letter and last letter of the Hebrew Aleph-Bet (AB's). These two letters are the Aleph and the last letter of the Aleph-Bet Tav.
This has puzzled many Jewish sages, but we know Him who said I am the Aleph and the Tav, the first and the last.
John goes on to say the Word was Elohim (Elohim;meaning a compound unity).
In Jn 17:17 Yahshua prays asking the Greater Elohim (The Sender is greater than the One Sent) to set us that follow Him apart by Yahweh's Truth, and in the same breath defined the Torah of Yahweh to be this truth who He is one.
We know Yahshua and the Words found in Scripture are one compound unity.
We are saved by devine favor through emuna (active in trusting Yahweh then applying or putting on the scriptures upon ourselves that we might be a light to the world around us).

Rabbi Thomas,
In 1975 - 1976, I had a teacher, who was jewish.
This woman told me the jews believe that Jesus was a man, but do not believe He is the Son of God.
Recently, I located this woman, online, and she is still unable to grasp the truth of the Word. She, routinely, calls me "religious," which I disgree with (my under-standing is that religion is man's attempt to get to Heaven - without God, while God provided His Way, which is Christ, the Leader of Christianity).
This woman, also, told me the jews don't believe in Heaven or Hell....This life and that's it, is the way she described it. She even said, in reply to my query, that, after she dies, she'll "go in the ground."
While I love this woman, with the same passion I love any unsaved person, I would give my right arm, if it would help her to understand that, not everything, our pastors, rabbis, priests or ministers says is true and that she may be wise to look into what she says she believes.
What do you think?
