Oh, Dear and Glorious Banner

Oh mighty banner,
Banded with stripes
Of Red and white,
And spangled with stars,
In a field of blue.
Oh glorious banner,
Fly high tonight
Over my home.

Oh glorious banner,
Fly free tonight.,
Remind us,
With your stripes of red,
That our freedom
Has never been free.
It was bought for us
With a terrible price.
A price still being paid,
That my land may stay free.

Dear banner.
Remind us,
With your stripes of white,
That we stay free
Only by the purity of our hearts..

Precious banner,
Fly strong tonight.
Remind us with your star spangled field,
That God raised us up
To serve him,
As a bastion of freedom and liberty.
In a world opressed.

Dear precious, glorious and mighty banner,
Fly strong and high and free,
That we may never forget
The lessons you strive to teach us.
