I might be wrong on this, so excuse me if I am. I am completing lesson 1 on the drafting board for the single story house and I noticed your dimensions are off by approximately 4 feet.
Your outside measurement is 56 feet for the top. However, if you add up all the horizontals for room A, closet 1, bath 3, dinning room B, and utility closet 4, you will come up with 52 feet. I triple checked and I still cannot find the cause. Which one of these measurements needs to be refined?
