I thought I had enough "scrap" wood in the attic to build the Drafting Table you provide plans for, but as it turned out, everything I had was the wrong size. So for around $40 I purchased the necessary wood and about 4 hours later, it was built! Came out pretty good, plain and simple, just what I was looking for. Please note that the dimension for the SHELF should read 3/4" x 34" (not 24" as is on plan) x 11-1/4".

Thanks for providing the plans for this table, I'm sure I will be enjoying it as I progress thru my drawings. My wife is happy to have me out and off of the kitchen table!

I'd love to see a picture of it sir. Can you post one in this thread?

Oh, and thanks for the heads up about the label. I corrected it and uploaded a new PDF.

I also attached it here...

Wow, can I feature your pictures on the website? Yours is the first one built. You did a great job by the way...
I took the plans I had drawn for a office table and modified them to create the drafting table. Here is a picture of that completed table. You'll see the simularities.

Also attached is an image of the plans for that table.
Sure you may use the pictures as you like. Yeh Yeh
