One yellow cake mix cool per directions. 9x13 pan
while it is cooking mix 1 can coconut cream
1 can sweetened condensed
mix well, when cake is done,while still hot poke holes all over top then pour above mixture all over cake let cool. When completely cool Top with cool whip sprinkle coconut over top coolwhip.

This is the best coconut cake I have ever had and it is simple also.

Cindy , I make this one too , but without the sweetened condensed milk , but with coconut flakes , and flavoring in the cake and coconut flakes on top of the coconut creme ..and again on top of the Kool Whip ..Delicious indeed !!

Oh yes, this is a delicious one! I've had the pleasure of tasting Cindy's coconut cake many times. I highly recommend it.
